Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 18, 2026. Please review these terms carefully before utilizing our claims introduction service.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing our referral/screening services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services. These terms govern your use of the website operated by Harbour Claims Limited.

2. Description of Services & Scope

Harbour Claims Limited acts strictly as an **independent claims introducer**. Our services consist of:

  • Providing information regarding personal injury and housing disrepair compensation rights in the UK.
  • Conducting free preliminary assessments of user eligibility based on details submitted.
  • Introducing qualified users to SRA-regulated solicitors or FCA-regulated Claims Management Companies (CMCs) on our vetted panel.

We are **not a law firm, do not provide legal advice**, and do not engage in legal advocacy or representation. An introduction to a panel partner does not guarantee that they will accept your case, nor does it guarantee the success of your claim.

3. No Fees to Users & Partner Commissions

Our claims assessment and introduction services are 100% free of charge to you. We never charge users any administration, onboarding, or matching fees.

We receive referral commission payments directly from the solicitors or CMCs on our panel for introductions. These commission arrangements do not affect the compensation you receive, and panel partners are prohibited from passing commission costs onto you.

4. No Win, No Fee Structure

Our panel partners operate strictly under "No Win, No Fee" structures, legally known as Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs). If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not owe legal fees to your solicitor. If your claim is successful, your solicitor will deduct a success fee from your award. The specific parameters of success fees, limits, and potential disbursements (e.g., insurance premiums) will be documented in the contract you sign directly with the assigned solicitor. You must review their terms before proceeding with them.

5. User Obligations & Accuracy of Data

When utilizing our service and submitting forms, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you supply is complete, truthful, and accurate.
  • You are the individual claiming or have explicit legal authority to submit details on behalf of the claimant.
  • You will cooperate with our panel partners by supplying files, medical histories, or letters as requested to process your claim.

Submitting intentionally false or fraudulent claim information may result in legal liability and immediate termination of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harbour Claims Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or claims arising from:

  • Any legal services, advice, representation, or omissions provided by the third-party panel solicitor or CMC to whom you were introduced.
  • Any delays or failures by third parties to process your claim.
  • Temporary website outages, technical problems, or form transmission errors.

Any contract for legal representation is strictly between you and the panel partner; we are not a party to that contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, designs, code, structure, custom CSS, layout elements, and the Harbour Claims Limited logo, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are prohibited from copying, scraping, replicating, or using our branding assets for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
